CLIMB operates six small specialized adult residential homes. Nestled in local communities, these single-family residences offer spacious indoor and outdoor areas for recreational activities. Residents enjoy single room accommodations, and 24-hour care and supervision is provided.

 

Home to 40 residents, the Sierra Madre Facility is the largest of CLIMB's adult residential programs. Based in the heart of the quaint town of Sierra Madre, the facility allows for access to many community resources and local businesses within walking distance.  Our residents can often be seen traversing the streets of Sierra Madre with their canes to run errands at the local shops.
